We work closely with you to identify an ideal candidate profile and target list. A small retainer is due at the inception of the search process with the remaining portion due when the candidate begins employment. The timeline for a typical search is 4-6 weeks from the time the ideal candidate profile is complete until an offer is accepted.

Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery model is a highly cost-effective alternative to contingency recruitment. RPO is the ultimate partnership between HR and a recruitment vendor.
