Sales, Recruiting and Management Training

Atlantic Pacific Group provides industry specific training in the areas of sales, recruiting and effective management. Our format for the delivery of this training is in company specific modules or pre scheduled topic specific seminars. Our seminars take place on a regional basis are schedule approximately one time per quarter. The following information is an example of the material covered in our sales training seminars.

Sales Training

This sales training seminar is specifically designed for the staffing industry, led by a staffing industry professional. We cover time and territory management, telemarketing, cold calling, relationship building techniques, selling to executives and we provide specific scripts and material that can be put into immediate action. There will be intensive attendee participation and roll playing exercises as well as ample time for participants to ask specific sales challenge questions and gain valuable insight from the group. This two-day training program provides information pertinent to seasoned sales professionals without industry background as well as those with industry experience who are looking for new ideas on how to efficiently build new business.

Trainer Biography

Atlantic Pacific Group is a firm dedicated to servicing the staffing industry with quality executive search, training and consulting services. Linda Blakemore, owner and manager of Atlantic Pacific group will be the executive trainer for this session. Linda has spent nearly 16 years in the staffing industry working and managing nearly every component of our business. Three years ago, Linda started Atlantic Pacific Group. She has had the unique opportunity to work with some of the top staffing firms in the country. Linda will work with each attendee to learn tried and true sales techniques that will provide for an immediate impact to your companies bottom line.

Seminar Materials

One training workbook will be provided for each attendee. Each workbook will contain the course material covered in the training session as well as specific scripts and forms that may be used on a daily basis.
