The services provided through our consulting practice are designed to compliment your internal Human Resources department. We assist our clients in three primary areas. First, identifying staffing requirements, expenditures and areas for improvement for both your contingent and full time staffing requirements. This is accomplished through a comprehensive staffing analysis. Second, design of customized staffing solutions to include centralization of the staffing function, increased quality standards and training/orientation programs and cost control mechanisms. Finally, we provide over 16 years of knowledge and experience in the staffing industry to help you identify the vendor or vendors who are best qualified to provide you the services you require. These customized services are provided at a hourly rate or bundled on a project basis. We believe that flexibility and attention to the details are the basis for a successful engagement.
